Littlefoot!

My friend linked me to an item on varagesale (an app used to buy and sell locally via facebook) that was generically titled "large stuffed dinosaur", and to my surprise it was a plush littlefoot! He was made by Gund in 1988(?) and I think was sold exclusively at JCPenny stores. He's big! Around 17" tall and very soft. The lady only wanted $5 for him, what a steal!

If it's the sitting one with the softest fur ever, I still have that one from my childhood!
He is my most treasured toy (a part from a few childhood ponies). He and Ducky went with me literally everywhere. I remember vividly how happy I was that Christmas when I got him. When I am back in Germany, he still sleeps in my bed, sometimes.
Congrats on finding him after so many years!!! How could anyone get rid of him like that?

It is! Your plushie set is so different from mine, I really like yours!! Makes me wonder when mine came out, I rarely see them on ebay. I love that you gave him a little sweater and everything.

Actually I went and searched, and my set of characters what made be Equity in '96. I didn't realize JCPennys had more than just littlefoot. Now I want them all
I still need to find one of Ruby, and I'll take any plush of Chomper I can get.

Congrats.  I always liked Littlefoot. The first Land Before Time movie is my favorite. I don't think I've seen any othe the plushies before.

LOL That's actually one of my baby sweaters from when I was a tiny. I had them for my dolls, but I never really liked those. I even used to cut a tail hole into the pants so Littlefoot could wear them.
