Just thinking to compile a list of current one of a kind nirvanas.
I know OOAK ponies are much rarer than they use to be since we have discovered more ponies with time Most of what is on the list are prototypes but there are still some OOAK africans, greeks, Thai and other country ponies out there too Plus there are a bunch of colombian and venny OOAKS out there too that I would love to record on the list. Here are a list of the ponies I know off the top of my head.

Reverse bowtie is 1 of 4. Bridgetsmum, me, Narah, and a french collector all have one

Oool!  It's not a super cool nirvana, but my Princess Sunbeam variant with no tail tinsel and Princess Dawn's jewel (in nirvana gallery) is OOAK still so far:)

When you say prototype birthflower pony, which one is that?

I also have a Green Woosie non-happy tail that I *think* is OOAK. (Princess Woosie with GITD is not). I think my Venny Tootsie in muted CJ colours may be, but haven't been keeping track.

There are also the Baby Billie and Baby Susie alt pose variants. There *may* be a second Billie as both Taff and I recall hearing of it previously, but we can't be sure that it isn't the same as mine and she has not resurfaced elsewhere.

The birthday pony with yelliw streamers is not ooak. There was a MIB one for sale a while ago as well. The person who owns the loose version was twlling me about the MIB one she saw.

Mexican Blue Prince Sapphire isn't OOAK either I saw a post on tumblr by a Mexican collector who has an army of Mexican Prince Sapphires  and there was another blue one

How odd...That one looks half blue half purple.

I've seen two Takara Kuru Kuru ponies sold, one MIB and one loose, so I don't think she's OOAK
