She finally paid me last night. She just added a small message to her paypal payment but no messages here or on fb.
I recomend everyone to not let go and insist.

Have you all written the moderator of this Trading forum to let them know what is happening with this member?  It might be a good idea.  If you posted you did this and I just didn't see it, glad to hear it.

SoSilver I'm glad she has finally paid you I am also glad to hear you are going to leave appropriate feedback for her that's what the feedback system is there for.

Regarding retaliatory feedback: feedback removal is very rare, however if retaliatory feedback is left we need to know. The feedback and the situation that lead to that feedback will be accessed. There is a report feature as part of the feedback system. It is there to be used if needed.

My question is: Why is she still allowed to be here? I contacted the mods, and others I've spoken with about her have contacted them as well. If people like her are allowed to be here buying and selling, then there is no real protection for us. It makes me angry, frankly.

Why did you not respond to my last pm? With out communicating and sharing the evidence that you have, it is pretty difficult for the mod and admin team to do anything

I guess you can click on "report" on them. In your profile. I circled in red for you. I'm just a member like you so I don't know who to contact besides maybe ponylady, or how else to try and get them down.

If they don't get removed right away, I don't think it they make you look bad if I wanted to buy or trade with you. these are pretty blatant as false negatives/retaliatory.

SoSilver please can you contact a mod with the complete details of your transaction with Aniko that resulted in the negative feedback. This would include details of your payment plan that you agreed with her, the pony you were selling and the messages between you and Aniko? This will help the mods very much
