PC/info on vintage silver pendant?

I've only come across this pendant twice, it's marked Hasbro Inc, and 925 SGP, although these pics aren't the best..

It looks like Heart Throb, and her hair seems to be gold plated. Does anyone know where it came from or how much it might be worth?

I think I had a dream about a pendent like that. I dont own any pony jewelry I think its very pretty.
