Help identifying old toy?

Hi, I'm up very late tonight because I feel like I can't sleep until Ifigure out what my old toys from childhood are called. Really, I'm trying to find then again.
What I remember is that they were plastic cats with brushable tails and rotating heads, similar to Little Pretties. These, however, all came in the same pose - tall, skinny, and sitting on their haunches. Their heads were kind of similar to Catwalk Kitties. Each one came with a little ribbon collar with a tag that had the initials of the brand name. The two I had were green with a pink tail, and purple with a pink tail.
Any ideas? I bought them in the early, mid-2000s.
