Looking for artist to do my shop banner :D

So I've tried & failed countless times to draw up a simple banner for my etsy/facebook page. It's been years since I've taken drawing seriously. I'm willing to pay upfront through paypal. I'm looking for a cartoonish/simplistic style, of an older car. The way I see it in my head is the car is moving fast- maybe with some crafty bits flying out the back. Here's the model & color I'm looking for:
