PC My Child Pet Kitty and Puppy

Hello,

I hope this is the right place to post this, please move if not. I have two my child pets, a yellow cat and a brown puppy both in really superb condition. I picked them up in a thrift years and years ago thinking they would trade well for ponies but honestly they grew on me and I ended up keeping them to decorate the bed in my guest room. I know very little about this toy line and don't collect them or anything related to them; so I'm hoping someone here can help me!

Also, what is a good place to sell these? I really don't want  to list on eBay if I don't have to.

I can post or email photos if that helps, they have all tags, marked Toronto Canada, joints and "skin" is tight and no stains or other damage that I can see, they really are in nice condition in my opinion.

I know the My Child Pets are VERY hard to find and sought after. I think they can sell for $100+.  You can check ebay completed listings for what they actually sold for (under advanced options).

I would definitely make sure if you trade to get some good ponies!  But if you sell, ebay really is the place.  You could also try etsy or the Vintage Girls Toys Only Buy, Swap & Sell group on facebook.  I know at least one member on there that recently acquired the blue puppy. Good luck!

I checked eBay and found a little guidance on the brown dog (about $175 or so?) But the only cat to sell was pink, not yellow, and she was almost $500 which blows my mind and I can't help but think that must be a fluke, so ran over here to see if anyone can give a better idea of what she is worth because 500 seems high and I'm not sure if the pink cat is a different value from the yellow.

I like these! Ive had them more than 10 years and at 100 each I'll keep them, but if the cat is really in the 450-500 range then it might be time to let go...

I found the brown bear at Goodwill last Nov or Dec. I paid $1 for him and sold him for $98! I did a lot of research before selling him. There isn't an active collector's community so finding somebody to help me was hard. I found somebody on Instagram. I suggest you ask around on every forum and social media site you can.
