The back of backcards

Gorgeous backcards I have this one from Spain:

I do suspect it to be a print put on an empty card, but where would the print come from?

From what I have seen and what I remember some Spanish cards had a back glued on. In some cases it becomes separated and you get a card with out a back.

I'm sure I've seen it with other countries too.

It is very curious that the baby pony's box has the hasbro's logo and the baby sea pony's box the Auriken's logo.
I have a photograph of the Apple Delight Family (auriken box) and a black and white photo of Swirly Whirly!

You are right!! I had never noticed that before, very well spotted!

The Apple Delight family will have been HK/China, but Mexican boxed. We do know some ponies were imported and packed in Mexican packing, the baby Seaponies are an example of this
