ID and PC needed on Barbie, bodies

I have some items that have me stumped and need some help! Price quotes would be great as well:)

Barbie:

Both heads are marked "made in the Phillipines" along the neck rim. I've IDed the one on the left is Angel Face.

The one on the right has me completely stumped; she looks closest to Fashion Jeans Barbie (those eyes are unusual) except for the hair. It has the same side part but FJ's hair looks longer with less curl. (for price quote her neck joint is loose so her head is wobbly. it's not broken)

The first is marked Made in China and Bandai 1992.The arms and legs are hollow but sturdy. I think it's one of the Sailor Scouts but I know Bandai did some other dolls.

The second has no markings. I know it's not obitsu but that's it lol. The 1st pic is the true color. Edit: I think this may be a Type 1 Phillip  body! Can anyone confirm?
