Breyer ID please

So I found this beauty and a local Antique Mall. He just called to me so he came home with me. Anyway he has Breyer on the inside of one of his legs but I've never been good about finding who is what on the Internet. So any help would be great. Thanks.

Well, that is the Classic Mesteño mold.  He appears to be Sirocco from one of the Walmart exclusive Mustang sets from 2004-2005.
