Fair price for a mostly complete paradise estate?
« on: July 26, 2016, 08:15:16 AM »
There is a local seller near me who has one for sale. Its mostly complete, just missing most of the nursery stuff, TV and kitchen utensils. It also still has its box.

I'm really tempted to get it, because its such a pony dessert up here. But I know next to nothing about the playsets!

Edit: The roof is still very pink and the seller is asking 175.

I'm out of the loop on PE prices, but when considering keep in mind that you'll save oodles with local pick up vs paying shipping above and beyond the selling price. Hope you can get it, I've wanted it since I was a kid!

And it still has a pink roof? Nice. I think that's a fair price.

I agree- I have one in bad condition that cost me about $50, with almost $100 shipping since it's so big. It's a big investment, but it's also a huge playset! I had to get a special table just to display mine!
Thanks so much to Calico_Star for her beautiful work on my Avatar!

It costs a crazy amount to ship it, so if the one from the local seller is in nice shape, I'd go for it!

I have this set but am missing the patio set, doors, and the pool liner of all things.
