Care Bears PVC car from the 80's? Please help!

This has been driving me crazy! Does anyone else remember this?  I swear I had one of these when I was little.  It wasn't the cloud car that was made for the poseable Bears, but it was made for the PVCs.  It was white plastic- no color at all.  The wheels were not really wheels- just stationary molded wheels.  It may have had a peg for the PVC to sit on. It was very light weight wise.  It was smaller than the cloud car that was made for the poseable Bears.

If no one knows, can you recommend a good Care Bears message board?  I was a member of one years ago, but have no idea which one it was.  Thanks!

Oh my goodness, that's it! I did have that set.  Thank you for clearing that up for me! It has been driving me crazy.  Now I just need to track the cloud car down! I still have the green molds at my parents' house somewhere, but I think we must have gotten rid of the cloud car
