Ollie Octopus?? (Updated with a picture)

Basically it looks like a 'background' with stickers. I'm guessing you put the stickers on the background. I found a bunch in a box.. At the top it has a picture of a purple octopus and it says "Ollie Octopus"

I have no idea what I just found.

There was a Playskool line in the 60's-70's but I don' t think they had much merchandise.

Wow, Ollie looks like he's having great fun at camp! I have no idea what that is though, good luck finding it!

It almost looks like the Colorforms from the 80s.  Vinyl "stickers" that peel and stick to a background and can easily be removed/repositioned.

This feels very familiar! I definitely remember a purple octopus with a baseball cap... I think my kindergarten had books with him. No idea if it's the same one.
