Little accessories in the thrift shop! Help for ID

I'm so glad that Value Village started bagging up all the random plastic bits that come with toys - they used to toss the combs and other stuff if it was too small, but now they bag it and sell it for $1.99 apiece.

And this lovely hairclip - I swore it was Jem but I can't FIND IT.  Help!  What have I got there?

Yeah that accessory looks too big for a fashion doll. It was either for a styling head or a big toddler doll or something for a child to wear. Did they ever make any Jem merchandise like dress up sets?

I had never considered a styling head accessory!  It's unmarked ...  and it has that fading pink hair streak in it amongst all the blonde.
