Using Paypal at Hallmark.com

Hi,

I ordered a few things from Hallmark.com and used Paypal. I needed to send a payment for something else so I logged in to Paypal and noticed that my Hallmark.com order shows both pending and completed. I've already got a shipping notice from Hallmark.com that they are shipping my order. Will the pending status go away since it shows as completed under payments? I don't want to be charged 2 times for the same stuff.

It could be something they have not done at there end. I have had a couple of paypal transactions to retailers recently and they showed as 2 actions - one a completed payment and the other a pending transaction (which disappeared when dispatched). This should be all you have. When Hallmark ship the pending transaction should then vanish.

However, there is no harm in being a little over paranoid.

Can you do a screen grab of the section you mention you can post here? (making sure to cover everything else up of course )

The pending charge finally went away (about a week after I ordered) and everything looks okay now.
