For me it's definitely one of my tamagotchi, probably my IDL 15th Anniversary... if only because I, as well as BryteStar, don't entirely count my robots as toys (they are very cute though

My Breyer horses are my favorites along with my MLPs!  I love my Breyer horses so much and I'm pretty active in the model horse hobby, too.  They're so much fun and so pretty with a lot of variety.  I take photos of them for an model horse Instagram account that I have (I've been thinking of doing one for MLP, too). 

I also love my Figma action figures that I have for some of my favorite animes.  They are marketed towards an older crowd, but I still consider them toys.  They're neat to take photos of, too, and I like finding little in-scale bits and bobs to go with them.  They actually work pretty well with Classics Scale Breyer horses, so I definitely take advantage of that.  In addition to my Figmas, I have some other fun little anime figures and blind boxes that I love a lot.

I also have a lot of plushies that I love!  I also have a Littlest Pet Shop collection that I enjoy.

HelloGoodbye: I also love Breyers! I have a small collection but I love taking "natural" photos of them and sharing on insta and tumblr too, hehe. Try it with ponies sometime, so far I've had fun with it!

That's a really tough choice. But probably my Christopher and Holly teddy bears. My Gremma got them for me when I was kid and I recently replaced them after my mom got rid of them. Either that or my Kitty Kitty Kitten from when I was little. Her name is Sunshine.

I don't really have any in my house, but I love Sylvanian families and the old-school Polly Pockets.  Starcastles were awesome, too!!  I love little intricate toys with tiny details :p

This is the other fandom rabbit hole I've fallen headlong into.  I don't play, just... love the lore and comics and goofy cosmetics and such.  (And if anyone can tell me where I can find a right-sized six-pack of beer bottles, I have a feeling it'd complete the diorama better than that tiny cup of joe!)
