Our apartment is on the grund floor and as our livingroom have no windows to the west or south it don't get heated by the afternoonsun. I usually need a blanket when I'm there. The kitchen and bedroom on the other hand..

Tip of the day: your body temperature is regulated through your neck and as it's rather thin a cold wet towel around it cools the blood down, which in turn cools the body down as it goes through it.

We have high collars on our work uniforms so I can easily hide a wet papertowel on my neck and it feels so good. At home I use a regular towel.

You can also put cold and wet wristbands around your wrists as the skin is thin there as well and you usually can see your veins there. Or put them in cold water for two minutes if you're on break at work.

It's officially summer here. We had our first day over 90 today. Had to bust out the fans.

We still don't have air conditioning at work. It's anywhere from 86 to 93 degrees in various parts of the building. It's supposed to be fixed tomorrow. We'll see.

I went home one night so sick from the heat I was throwing up. This is nuts!!!!!!

I have three fans blowing on me. It doesn't work. With my personal biology, I need AC. I grew up in a house where my mom kept it in the 60s Fahrenheit. I don't take heat well. I am also on a medication that can cause heat stroke easily. Its a huge brick building and it heats up fast. The heat is starting to get to us all. Everyone is moody, people are always leaving early. My boss told me to flex my schedule and come in earlier when it's cooler, thank goodness. Getting up earlier sucks, but I'd rather be cooler at work.

Also in my area we have high humidity and a heat index of 100 to 115 degrees Fahrenheit. AC is well needed, I assure you.

Im kind of spoiled. I stay indoors allll day in blacked out windows in the AC. I work overnights and while my husband is at home asleep when im out he blasts the ACto like 60 something because here our energy is 100% free at night. By the tike I come home its like freezing to where I wear long sleeves and a comforter! I only really go outside at night unless Pokémon xD

Thank goodness a couple days ago the AC went back on at work. It's finally cool in there again.

I feel your pain. Where I live its very hot and humid but all I have is a fan. my employer provides the housing and is too cheap to put in AC

Horrible. Even ACs are cheap here. I only paid around 2000 RMB for mine.
I'm melting too. Can't wait for autumn to come.
