I agree with everyone's advice here. Do not refund her. If the ponies really hadn't arrived she would have contacted you way sooner, and not when you messaged her by accident.

Try and contact a mod or admin on Facebook. And if she keeps contacting you, block her. If the Post Office shows the package as delivered then your part of the transaction has been fulfilled. :)

Oh wow, I'm just reading this thread, Tak. I'm sorry you're going through this :( :hug: Talk to an admin on the FB page if you haven't already..They take fraud seriously.

I have dealt with the woman she's talking about.  Thought it was very odd that she also insisted to send payment via Family / friends.. I questioned her, saying the group doesn't allow it. She told me she asked an admin about it and that person told her it was OK if buyer insists, sellers can't force it on buyers (hm makes sense I guess, didn't find out who she contacted! She never told me when / if she got her package. I had to ask her... Hmm. I'd also continue to work with the PO. Sounds fishy to me. Actually she seemed off the moment she offered to pay Friends / Family. I only do that with pony peeps who I trust and have dealt with before. She asked to talk to an admin several times .. I saw, I wondered what was going on! :( again I'm sorry...
