Paypal spoof/fishing emails "Your account has been limited"

Got one today, figured I'd let people know they are going around again; the name is "[email protected]" but if you view the full headers it's a string of letters.
It's addressed "Dear (my email address)", not by name, I *knew* that was wrong, so I forwarded it to paypal.

The best way to avoid these is to NEVER follow a link to paypal, unless you are making a purchase from a trusted website. Always type it into the address bar, don't click the link in the email. My account has been suspended before (someone signed up using a fake CC number which happened to be the same as mine), believe me you will notice! If it is a fake email, please forward it to Paypal, and help prevent others getting scammed.
