Doll leaves bjd
« on: June 09, 2016, 12:52:53 PM »
I jusy got my first doll leaves brand bjd a month ago, now I'm obsessed with the company. They are affordable,  diverse,  and cute. Does anyone else own any? Heard of them?

I have a doll leaves body for my dollzone head, and I have the little event doll Bella! (But bella has no face :x).

I love how affordable they are! And the new 1/4 girl body seems really neat.

I really like the new face sculpts too, Jeremy and Athena are really tempting :)

I do! I have gray skin Lilith and she's so adorable! Those little teeth >< The company faceups are lovely and detailed, a lot of the more affordable companies' faceups are pretty bland. My Lilith can pose really well and had the perfect stringing tension right out of the box. The only thing I don't like is her double joints aren't the prettiest. But they are solid and pose well and she wears tall socks & sleeves so you don't see them. Overall I was really impressed at the quality for the price.

** ETA I hadn't seen the new body yet- I just checked it out and the joints are much prettier!

i'm super excited i'm going to be buying jeremy on layaway. i've been eyeballing him for a while, so i thought it was time to break down and get him. i just wish there was an option to buy the clothes too. like other companies have the full set deal? far as i can tell it's not an option.

i would have a whole run of the doll leaves if i could afford it.
i'm working hard at making jeremy my last msd sized doll though.

i just got a gorgeous Volks Toppi second hand. and the dollzone practice head i got looks great on her. the color is different so i'll probably have to  paint the head (recommendations are welcome) but the size  and sculpt look great.
