PC : G1 schoolhouse and accessories

Hi

I have a spare G1 Schoolhouse set and Id like to trade or sell it. But since its been a while since I sold or traded accessories and playsets I am not sure about what price to ask. I have something in mind, but Id like to have it confirmed! I also have some more accessories, scroll down for those please (btw, excuse the surface dirt here and there lol... I must have it. Its only dust, will remove it of course.)

Here are some big pics and a detailed description :

The Schoolhouse

The schoolhouse comes with all accessories pictured :
- the building
- the globe (tiny discoloration at joint, coming from the glue I guess)
- 2 desks (one is broken at its stand but can still stand up and is nice in display. You can see the broken part on the pic)
- 2 pencils (blue and yellow)
- 1 book ("biology" I guess)
- 1 weather vane (bent at the ponys foot but not broken)
- 1 skipping rope (handle broken as always)
- 1 xylophone
- 1 mallet
- 2 rulers (blue and yellow)

The building is in ok shape I think. It is a bit yellowed and party discolored. It has some marks where some scotch tape has been sitting for years. The hinges are broken, still displays nicely though. Stickers are mostly fine. It is missing the magical blackboard and the bell above the door.

Kitchen stuff

This is my spare lot of kitchen stuff. These accessories are pretty rare, especially those tiny cookie cutters are hard to find. The set comes with everything pictured including the FULL set of cookie cutters. All items are near mint. I cant find anything wrong with these. (Saying "near mint" because they have been played with and are not new)

Schooltime Pony Paintingtime and complete accessories

Paitingtime herself is in fair condition. She has a hair cut (mane and tail are cut to half of the original length). She has some small marks but I didnt clean her. I am pretty sure I will get rid of almost all her marks, they definitely look like surface dirt only. Symbols and eyes are pretty.
Her accessories, which consist of the bag and the comb, are near mint. I cant find anything wrong with these. (Saying "near mint" because they have been played with and are not new)

random combs, brushes and accessories

All items are near mint. I cant find anything wrong with these. (Saying "near mint" because they have been played with and are not new). The only exception is the bottle, it has a yellow stain as you can see in the pic. I know these are pretty random and far from rare. Id like to trade them for accessories I am missing but before I do... do you see anything uncommon? I am guessing the blue candy brush and the hot pink fish com.
