For the really big collectors among us... My mom collects Swarovski. Wouldn't it be cool if they made the Crystal Ponies out of Swarovski? Yes they will be expensive but I think they will be gorgeous as well!

I think the crystals are in / around the eyes.

Here's a thought.  This year into next year is the 30th anniversary of the first Princess Ponies.  What about remaking them with Swarovski crystal in their medallion symbols?

If it was fully swarovski then it would only be geared to collectors with lost of $$ laying around

They could do a cheaper version for kids where it's plastic that is make to looks kind of like swarovski, kind of like those Crystal Surprise critters

I had a blown-glass unicorn as a kid, it would be cool to have a more MLP-ish version of that.  (Sadly, though, it's leg broke off. :/ )
