Accessory identification help, please?

These two items came in a lot of g1.  I know that the animal clip was lady lovely locks, but didn't one set of ponies have them also?  I have no idea about the strange ribbon/boa.

I'm not positive it is one but I know the ballet Lady Lovelylocks dolls came with headpieces that look like that.

Yep, it does go to the dark haired ballerina doll! Looks like someone had a matching ballerina pony to play with!
