Problems whith Dollyhair

I´m from Spain
I ordered Dolly hair a month ago and Tina forgot to send me email with the tracking number.
She did not send the package to me.
I have written many emails and sms but she does not answer.
I'm sad because I have to claim paypal and I do not.
Anyone know what happened to Tina?????????

I'm sorry you're still waiting. As the others mentioned, she will get back to you eventually and send your hair , so don't give up. Do keep on emailing her. Paypal gives you a much longer deadline now so that you don't have to open a case so quickly if the response is slow
