allrighty!, this is certainly a unique cabbage patch doll! *lol* I just recently began collecting, so I'm no expert, BUT fortunately google and a quick ebay search was good to me, she's a Mattel Cabbage Patch Kids Keepsake Collection Target Limited Edition! Target and their exclusives huh...that crazy store.

Only Mattel CPK I have so far is a 15th anniversary reproduction...everything else is coleco.

I looked around a bit more and there's a green eyed version too, as well one with purple eyes.

Oh yeah, the one I bought em for is now in love with this set and is bent on tracking down as many as possible. The green eyed one is the prettiest impo.
