G1 Pony accessory?

I just recently got a big lot of ponies who came with sets, and pony wear. A baby pony came wearing this on his neck who fits perfectly in it. You know if this its part of any outfit or its just a random accessory?

Yup, defo not a pony item.

Possibly comes from the same school of thought as my mum - she had a lot of old paste jewellery that she never used, and made quite a lot of into necklaces and other bits and pieces for my ponies to wear

I second this, I customed a lot of jewelry for my ponies as a kid and this doesn't match any of the bracelet sized things that came with any releases so- still cool to have though!!
