I was looking at their other mini-figure sets, because whatever they do for Transformers, TMNT, etc, will probably be the same as they do for MLP.From what I can tell, a set usually has 8 common figures and up to 3 chase figures (i.e. rare figures), and the typical case will have two of each common. (A case has a total of 16 blind boxes in it.) This seems to be pre-set, not random--like, even if Donatello and Rafael have the same level of rarity, you aren't going to get a case with 4 Donatellos and zero Rafaels.BUT sometimes one or more common figures switched out for a chase figure, and that part IS randomized. It is pure chance whether a case you order has a chase figure or not. They often have three chase figures per set, with the odds of getting them being 1-in-16, 1-in-24, and 1-in-96. Whether they're doing this for MLP is uncertain, because from what Foxtale said it sounded like there might be only one chase figure? Also, we have seen 9 figures to date. If we assume that The Loyal Subjects are following their usual set-up of having 8 commons, one of the ponies we've already seen may be a chase figure.
I'm going to be extremely surprised if the un-revealed chase figure isn't Starshine.
You know what's kinda strange? I went to the loyal subject website and there was no mention of these at all.
