Shantae: Half-Genie Hero.

I've never played a Shantae game before, but it's safe to say that I'm in love. I'll definitely have to play the other games in the series.

Fire Emblem Heroes for iOS and Android. I'm having a lot of fun with it so far, even though the log in daily to get stuff formula is driving me crazy as usual. I like playing games at my own pace--not feeling pressure to do stuff when they want me to--while Jay is one of those 'gotta do it all' types who has cleared the story and has lvl 30+ characters already. Worth a try if you're curious, though.

I'm so boring. I haven't had any free time, and in what little free time I have I've continued to play Overwatch. There isn't even any point in playing that game -- it's just a time eater. You don't beat it. You just play it. I've gotta get back on trying to lessen my backlog.

Anyone else pre-order or have plans to pick up Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns on tuesday?

I really loved the first SoS, put over 400 hours into it. This one has been streamlined a bit and they got rid of that awful, pointless grind to unlock everything.

I've barely played the first Story of Seasons (and I haven't started Popolocrois) so it's gonna be a while before I get the new game.

What I HAVE been playing is the first Sword Art Online game. It's going to be a very long game... But that might be okay. There's a trophy for beating the game with MORE than 100 hours (I'm used to speedrunning trophies) so I guess that indicates something.

I just ordered a Nintendo Switch, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, The Last Guardian, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Skyrim Special Edition (PS4). Gonna be busy next weekend.

I've been playing Anna: The Extended Edition. I like the idea behind it (it's a point and click game that's set in a nightmare), but the execution isn't quite as solid as I'd like.

I restarted Pokemon X and changed my location so I could get Ocean Vivillons.  Now I have a box of Ocean Scatterbugs in my Pokebank and I'm considering changing the location again and getting more of the rarer ones.

I envy all of you getting a Nintendo Switch. They are totally sold out here in the US unless you get to certain stores and camp out. Which I really don't feel like doing. I may just wait until they are readily available. I do want that new Zelda game, badly.

Right now I am playing Style Savvy: Fashion Forward on my 3DS and am madly addicted.  I wanted to start Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns (which came in the mail a couple of days ago) but I want to finish Style Savvy first.  My attention my temporarily be diverted from gaming because a book I really wanted to read came in the mail today. Tonight may be a reading night.

I have been playing Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns like a madwoman. All I can think about is this game. I played it with a full charged 3DS last night until the battery died, then I plugged it in and played hours more.     There is so much to do it in, it's like you never get bored. It's much better than the first SoS.

Tales of Berseria.  I like it better than Zestiria, but not as well as Xillia 2.  Not having spirits is really driving me nuts.

Anyone else playing Mass Effect: Andromeda?  I'm enjoying most of it, although it's a bit tedious in places.  I'm almost to the final mission, just have some side quests to wrap up first.  I play on casual because I like the story more than the combat, but I don't find the combat as difficult as in the original trilogy....except maybe those

One of the parts I enjoy the most is the character dynamics and the "romance" thing, as silly as it is.  I'm romancing Jaal, the big purple Angaran, LOL. He's such a dorky sweetheart. If I ever play again, I'll probably go with Vetra, haha.
