I would wait. Series 3 just showed up in Hot Topic last week and they've yet to hit other places, like Walmart and Target.

I am surprised my HT didnt already have the set in, considering they are usually the first ones to get anything within that first week.

But then again, its possible someone had came in and bought them all before I could get to them. xD

I just hope they wont be too pricey on eBay or whatnot, should I go that route. I need more minions ponies for my Alicorn Army/Herd.

Yeah I'd wait too.  Lots of us ordered lots of ponies and are likely to have lots of duplicates they are willing to trade or sell at cost (at least, I will.  I ordered a box from EE and 14 from Hot Topic so there are sure to be dups)

So far I've resisted the urge to buy another case, but I really want to buy one more from ht. I have 1 full case, but the boxes were moved before I got them so I couldn't map out who was where!

Moondancer I learned that Funko has fairly limited stock, so they basically send to their suppliers on a first ordered first served basis. Sounds like EE is in the que but somewhat backordered. I hope they get in soon!

I got two boxes each from two different Hot Topics and I got Nightmare Moon,Princess Luna (Black), Cheese Sandwich (color) and Applebloom.

That's two of the ones I really wanted down but i'm not sure if its gonna be very cheap to by Queen Chrysalis on ebay. Hm.

Pretty happy with the ones I pulled though! I would like to get the normal color Luna and Celestia once the boxes are released elsewhere.

I got mine the other day, thankfully I ended up with one full set. I figured if I ordered 24 they'd just send me 2 full cases but no, all 24 were loose. My nightmare moons horn was broken but I'm sure I can fix it. I put my extras on ebay and most are already sold. I ended up with 5 celestias o.O

I really just want to track down show color luna, maud, shining armor and maybe black cadence to go with my black HT SA.

Celestia definitely is the heaviest. CMC and spike weigh about the same and easy to tell. Chrysalis is lighter than you'd expect.  Hard to tell her between maud and cheese.  Nightmare moon is a bit lighter than cadence and luna too.

*sigh* didnt see any series 3 pony blindboxes at mt HT yesterday so i burned my hot cash on Disney Blindbags. An employee said they got only one case in but a customer bought the entire box that same day!!!!! Like omg save some for others jeeeeze!

Do they really sell them at Walmart!? Eeeep the vender who does the pokemon, magic, mlp, etc cards might have them!! He comes in every tuesday!!!!

I hope indeed myTargets get them!!!! I have four in the area, they still have series one floating there mixed in with series two. I have something else to look for when i hunt for tsum tsums!

As far as I know, HT is the only place selling them right now.

I always see older pony blind boxes at Walmart around here so I'm guessing they'll have the newer ones eventually.

Target will likely sell them too, but not yet. I know a few people who have gotten boxes of the non-Hot Topic exclusives, but I'm not sure where they got theirs from that they've been able to get them so early.

Also, kinda don't blame people who are buying entire cases at HT, especially since this set has no chance of doubles because everything is 1/12. So if this is a series where you want all/most of the figures, buying a whole case during Hot Cash time is pretty smart.
