Daughter turning 14, wants to join

I'm not sure this is in the right place...

My daughter will be turning 14 soon, and wants to join the Arena.  Although she has her own e-mail account, we share a computer and wifi connection (iPad).

Who do I need to contact so that her account would not be seen as a duplicate?  What, if any, additional information will I need to provide?

I'm the one who takes care of that, and basically, all I really need is a heads-up. Which you have now provided. Let her apply on her 14th birthday.

Should I make a note of her user name (when she picks one) in my sig?  Make a note of my name in her sig?

Since she is now 14, we'll most likely set up an account for her this weekend.  After, of course, I have her read the rules!
