???these are like the cutest things ever??!?? an actual line of human dolls who aren't thin as twigs!! AND THE CHARACTER DESIGNS ARE ADORABLE!! I've never seen these before, id totally be down for a trade or something if anyone's got any they're willing to part with!!

I really like the body shape too- so cute and curvy.  I'm so glad I got the dolls before they discontinued.

oh has anyone seen those space pop promos or the star darling dolls? not the same as a novi but maybe they'll come back since space seem to be the new doll brand trend

I totally lucked out and found TWO Ari Roma dolls and TWO Tula Toned dolls at Walmart!

I already have these girls, but of course I bought them to sell and/or trade with you guys!

The boxes, however, are damaged.  They've been lingering in my local Walmart's stock room for a couple years!!

PM me if you're interested - I still need to add Anne Artic, Ina Ferna, CiCi Thru, Gail Lexi, Tilly Vison, Vera Tabray, and Mimi Merize to my collection...I doubt anyone has these ladies to trade, but if you do let me know!

Haven't seen the Space Pop-  are they dolls? Couldn't find it with a google search-

I did find the Star Darlings- they do seem to have some similarities to Novis- but are way too human for me ;D  (I like the stage though- although really? yet another series of pop star dolls?)

Star Darlings is not really about pop stars. They are actually a group of 12 magical "girls" who grant wishes. Only 5 of them are in a band but it's not even that important in the stories despite the dolls playing up that angle in this season.

Is there a release guide out there or anything? I'm considering getting some Novi heads for MH bodies I have but its really hard to figure out if there's anything that might work.

I hope MGM tries again with something this cute- the line would have definitely been more successful if the very first series didn't have so many design flaws (arms popping off mostly)

I remember when Novi Stars first came out. I was really into collecting a little bit of everything back then and though I sold almost everything I had due to financial issues, I was going through some things the other night and found that I had a handful of dolls left over from my collection. In it were my two Novi Stars that I bought. I have them displayed with my other dollies now. I actually really enjoy them. They're really cute and I'm glad I didn't sell them. I will admit they are better for displaying then playing because their arms tend to pop off. I can understand why the line got canceled. But they are sooo pretty. I think there's one or two I'd like to buy yet but I don't see myself collecting the whole line. Are they rare now? Maybe I should go browse ebay? lol

The blue one (don't remember her name) had water and glitter in her legs but it's kind of just stuck in place now. Probably due to poor storage. But the green one lights up! I didn't even realize until I accidentally bumped her buttn! lol Anyway here are my Novi's.

I love mine too and display many of them- they look great with all kinds of other dolls/toys- I love their colors and their feminine little curves
