Is there a staff pre-sale this year?

I figured it would have already been announced if there was one, but I was wondering if the fair staff will be having a pre-event sale again this year?  (For those unfamiliar, last year the staff had a sale Friday night where they had their own booths and sold some awesome items from their personal collections).
