August 3rd:

This is the last bunch of plushies for Worldcon. I know, I thought I was done earlier, but these were a result of a spur of a moment and unexpected energy peak.

August 16th: a hammerhead shark!
Worldcon was huge and I sold so many plushies I still have hard time believing it! So, I made this creature's pattern to relax.

I decided to make a thread for these as so far I have really liked how these patterns are coming along.

These patterns were all made by me with sales and conventions in mind.  I have planned and drafted six patterns and plan on ordering a special minky for the final plushies

First in the series is this anglerfish, or Kerttu Krotti as I like to call her! (Kerttu is a Finnish woman's name and krotti is Finnish for anglerfish.)

June 5th edit:
My flatmate requested me to try out the Nessie pattern next and I was happy to oblige! Here's bad snapshots of the result!

This pattern is A LOT simpler than the Angler fish one, but I think it turned out cute! Only modification I am making is making her neck longer.


August 31st:
I got a place in Tracon's Artist Alley, so I have been making plushies pretty much nonstop after I got the news, which means I got about 15 new plushies for sale. Here are pictures of all the plushies that will be for sale in Tracon.

December 20th:
I decided to start drafting my own bigger jointed teddy bear pattern. Here's what I made today. I need to make a couple of changes and then the pattern is ready to use with mohair fabric.

I got a request to try and make a 6cm (standing) tall teddy bear. Here's what I made, still a bit too big as it is 6cm tall when sitting down.

December 22nd: a baby Woolly Dragon pattern

This pattern turned rather cute on a first try. I will only change the tail by adding two centimetres more and shortening the wings a bit.

May 19th:
Got a confirmation for my artisan crafts table for Tracon 2017! Here is the very first plush for that event: a very shiny platypus. I will be making many more and will be listing them for sale at some point, not sure if this happens before or after Tracon though.

Personally not a fan of Angler Fish, but this plush pattern is pretty impressive! Very professionally done, it looks like its factory made. ^_^ Would love to see more patterns you come up with or already put together!

Thank you so much for your comment! Angler fish are such horrid and yet fascinating looking creatures that I couldn't resist trying to make one. It was also my first time making a plush with an open mouth

Anglerfish are horrifying creatures but aaah look how cute it is! Those small beady eyes and nasty, pointy teeth... I'm sure it's just waiting for cuddles! Amazing job on the pattern!

Aww these are so cute, I love them! I've always envisioned nessie with a short tail but I like how she looks with a long one a lot, I think the longer neck you're planning will help to balance it out

I'd love to see an angler plush with a little male attached to her LOL
