Salad dressing poll

There are a skillion and two different salad dressings, but I'll just stick to a handful. You can post about any of your favorites that aren't on the list.

You can assume they are either store bought or homemade. (Mmmm... homemade.... )

I do not have salad dressing anymore, but my favorite was always Ranch. Goes fantastic with just about anything. Caesar was a close second. Mr. Stomper likes Thousand Island. The kids all like Ranch, too.

By the way, I'm not familiar with Louis Dressing. But I saw a reference to it while building this list and decided to include it.

I love Ranch dressing, unless it's cheap and vinaigar-ry. Which is funny because I also love vinaigrette. Right now my favorite is a Sesame Ginger dressing like they use on the Wonton Happiness salad at Sweet Tomatoes. So good. I need to be brave and try more dressings though. I've been eyeing some advocado dressings at the store.

I used to hate dressing as a kid (my parents always ate French or Thousand Island, both of which I still dislike), but now I enjoy most dressings.   

Ranch is definitely my favorite!  I like homemade ranch made with buttermilk or the Ken's Steakhouse Buttermilk Ranch from the grocery store.  I also love honey mustard dressing, Italian, balsamic vinaigrette, and occasionally olive oil with some fresh veggies.

I almost never eat salad dressing (I usually eat my salad plain), but sometimes I'll eat honey mustard on my salad.

You might want to add "none" to the poll, though. I just chose "other".

I need to try more types! I like Ranch, Bleu cheese, Italian is okay, Olive Oil is good. I probably would not like raspberry and don't think I'd try that.

I like the taste of Golden Italian, Caesar , Ranch, Greek Feta, and Thousand Island. I tried Balsamic but I didn't like the Kraft version. As for homemade it sounds appealing but I sometimes just don't have the extra time. All of those flavors I have in Light except for Golden Italian so I gotta watch how much I put on. :/

I drizzle olive oil and lemon juice, and if there is avocado in the salad just a pinch of salt & pepper.  If I'm at a restaurant I'll try to get raspberry vinaigrette. 

Creamy Italian is the best though.

My favorite is mangoraja. Goes perfectly with chicken salad

My fav dressing is Olive Garden's brand of Italian. I like homemade ranch too. I also chose hummus, balsamic vinaigrette & olive oil although I pretty much only have them with bread.

I love creamy poppyseed the most. But generally the more common, thicker ones are good: French, ranch, etc. I really dislike vinaigrette.

I hate pre-made dressings as they are usually too sweet for me.  I love to make my own though and make ranch from Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning packet, Italian from balsamic vinegar and olive oil and various fruit vinaigrette from jam, apple cider vinegar and olive oil.  My favorite so far is rose hip jam with olive oil and ponzu.  Mmmm!

I LOOVVVEEE raspberry vinaigrette.. I forgot where I had this amazing salad this one time. I think it was long horn steakhouse? I cant seem to think of it at the moment. anyway the other one raspberry vinaigrette I like is from red lobster.

We have this restaurant called North Woods Inn and Hoh Mah Gods they have the best salad dressing ever!
There's this dressing at this Korean restaurant but I don't know what its called, I just know its really yummy

When I was little my favorite was the good seasonings Italian dressing that my parents bought in packets. We added the oil and then shook it up in this big glass vessel...now I love classic oil and vinegar, goddess/spa options, and of course making my own with a little oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and fresh-ground pepper...all shaken together in a jar.

...and did I mention I'm hungry?
