Oh they will sell out-  225 is an insanely small edition size.  They sold out within minutes the first time.  I think they opened sales back up because people overspent on the SDCC Hikaris and cancelled their orders- and not many (except those checking the side daily like me) noticed they came back up

They're limited edition figures that are much better in quality than the Funko vinyl figures, not to mention the dynamic pose.  I currently own one Hikari figure (a rainbow edition Stay Puft) and it was seriously worth every penny.

They aren't for everyone, though.  I know the price can be off-putting, but I'll throw in my two-cents and say that I think they're worth it.

Haha- no I don't think it is "soft" vinyl - it is Sofubi vinyl which kinda sounds similar-

I am pretty surprised this hasn't sold out again, considering how fast the first preorders went.  Maybe they only put a few up on preorder the first time, and then put up more later?

More confusing is why the plain version of RD (who is WAY cheaper on Gemini and less cool than the metallic and a much huger edition) is still sold out why the Metallic is not...

I sure hope there isn't a mistake with ETE sending me the regular instead of the metallic...

I checked the metallic version from EE but with shipping it would have cost nearly $200AUD, so I caved and preordered the regular version from Popcultcha. My reward points got me a bit of a discount but the price was still a bit ouch, I hope she's worth it! I think I'd be more upset it I missed out on her all together by waiting for release reviews.

Good luck to anyone waiting on the other variants.
(I almost hope no Australian stores get any variant stock so I don't cave and buy more!)

I'm hoping for the gradients too- they are beautiful. I am REALLY hoping that they are not exclusives for various comic shops- since I know Funko likes to do that and it makes them VERY hard to get (if you don't happen to live in the town with that shop)

I'm sure though that at least one or two will be impossible to find comic-store exclusives. So crossing my fingers that my favorites see a Hot Topic online release!

I pre-ordered the metallic one the first time that EE had them up, but I want to get at least one other.  Those rainbow gradient ones were gorgeous, so hopefully one of them will be Hot Topic exclusive or something like that.
