Yeesh! I'm glad you went with your gut and shut that down, here's hoping she stops harassing you or eBay deals with her.
If only eBay would allow sellers to leave honest negative feedback for buyers. I wasn't using it when they did, it must have been a very different/better place to sell back then.

I sent a message to two of the last two sellers that she left feedback for. Both of them said they reported her and also called pay pal and ebay about it and nothing has been done! Ebay is horrible for sellers and a buyers world! I have not gotten anymore messages from her yet.

Holey Moley!  I'm adding her to my block list too...that's crazy bizarro behavior.  Well spotted, glad this was resolved before you got slammed. 

Um...can someone refresh my memory?  How do you block a buyer?

Wow that's one crazy person!! you were right to cancel the sales and block the person. Also to report her for feedback extortion and for harassment too!  it's usually better to do this over the phone if you can as well as online - you get quicker results.  I really cant believe ebay would let someone like this keep their account     

for anyone needing to block this person but cant remember  how:
 Go to the help and contact tab and run a search "how to block buyers" "blocking buyers or bidders" or similar , and you'll find instructions and a link to your own blocked buyer page

heres a quote from ebay (mines ebay UK so the wording may be slightly different- ETA looks the same - I just tried it on ebay .com too)

Block bidders or buyers from your listings 


If you don't wish to sell to certain eBay members, you can put them on your blocked list. Members on that list will be unable to bid on any of your listings until you remove them from the list. You can block up to 5000 User IDs.

• To block a member, enter the member's user ID and click Submit. Separate user IDs with a comma.


• To remove members from the blocked list, select the members' user ids and delete them. Remember to inform the members so that they can resume bidding on your items.


• You can restore a past blocked bidder/buyer list by clicking on Restore list. You can only restore the status of blocked bidder/buyer lists after 3 months. Remember to inform the members so that they can resume bidding on your items.

(after these instructions you'll see your blocked buyer/bidder list underneath and you can add the persons details and click submit to update it

Wow what a nutter! She is going to be surprised wine she goes to buy ponies in the future and is blocked from bidding on many auctions.

Thanks for this! Remarkably difficult to find!  I sell ponies maybe once every year but I am still adding this nutter to my blocked (it must have been easier to find at some point)

I have not gotten any more message from her, but I see that she must still be bidding on things. Cause she is getting more feedback. But she has not felt any more yet.
