Ponies in catalogues: Will they ever appear?

Hi all!

Recently there has been an explosion of OOAK ponies and prototypes that have revolutionized the community. All this new ponies got me looking at old images of catalogues (in my case, spanish ones) and I have come across several images that I had saved with out looking too much in them.

And I have noticed some ponies that I'm sure more than one would love to have.

The first one is Piggy Applejack:

It actually has apples!!

And here, that lovely Cielete in collector pose!! Or all the others!! It seems they didn't have the original piggies for the photo shoot, so they used collector ponies with the piggy colors!

And I'm sure there are many more... In only regret not to have the original catalogues.

I'd love to see other ponies in catalogues of other countries.

I own a german catalogue, but it does not show any Nirvanas (some prototypes though lol).

Oh my gosh, they are amazing!  SO much want!

I really hope these ladies are sitting in someone's house waiting to be discovered, and not in landfill.

Great pics Cielete in the collector pose is really pretty, but that is a very odd mix of poses used for that advert!

These are really cool! I love the first one with Piggy Applejack...just darling (plus it makes me drool ).

Unfortunately I don't have any catalogues from other countries; only a general US Hasbro one from around 2008 or '09. Loving the idea of this thread, though! *stalks*

Those are so cool! I love that Applejack -- I wish they had taken an even more clear picture of her (even if the photo was meant to advertise the set).

And don't worry Whippycorn -- one day landfill mining will be a thing and all those poor ponies buried down there will see the light again.

Yes, I wouldn't be surprised given how many valuable resources we have dumped in them.
