Steven Universe anyone?

Are the mini funko mistery figures hard to find? I was looking for them, but the price is high, almost costing a funko pop.

AFAIK, they're almost exclusively sold in Hot Topic here (or possibly collectible/gaming stores, but we have more Hot Topics here than those!), and HT loves to mark up stuff. So yeah, they can be a little pricey!

I love the mystery mini figures- they are so cute!  I bought the entire box to save a bit (and so I wouldn't be chasing so much).

I think SOME individuals are expensive because there is more demand for some characters than others- and of course because there are more Steven, Amethyst, Pearl, Garnet figures in every assortment (2 poses) while all the other characters are just one per box- and then Greg, Peridot and Onion you will only get one of the three in a box (thank god I got Peridot).

You can get REALLY cheap Steven, Amethyst, Pearl, Garnets on ebay- even cheaper when you get them in a set.

Peridot is expensive on the secondary market because there is only 1 in 3 chances of getting her- even if you get the entire box (same for Greg and Onion- but they are not nearly as cute or popular)most expensive, since only 1 in 3 chances of getting her even if you buy the entire box. 

Greg and Onion probably should be expensive too due to rarity- and Lapis shouldn't be so expensive (since there are 2 versions thanks to hot topic)- but Lapis is wicked popular and Onion and Greg are not nearly as popular.  So that's probably why.  Everyone else falls somewhere in between.

They've been advertising 'new episodes thurday at 7' here. And this week, we sat down to watch, all expectant... and it was another re-run!  It's listed on the website that it should have been the episode Lion 4: Alternate Ending.

What do y'all think is going to happen to all the Rose Quartz gems?

Aww- no new episode. 

I bet the Rose Quartz gems will be freed at some point- but will they be full of empathy like Rose? 

Wasn't Rose an outlier rebel, much like Ruby and Saphire and Pearl?  I got the idea they were all (except Amethyst) rebels somewhat unique to their kind (from the Zoo episode- it seems like Amethyst's personality is actually pretty typical of her type)

It will be interesting to see what unfolds-  I wish there were more regular episodes- it's hard to keep track of the storyline and new episodes when they are so sporadic and infrequent..

I've finally decided to give Steven Universe a try a couple of days ago and now I'm completely sucked in.  Why must they all be so cute and the music so good? Totally not fair.

I'm really excited to see what happens next!! The more recent eps have been kind of hit or miss for me but I really loved the latest batch of eps (esp. the Lars ep), I'm very excited to see Homeworld at last!!

Oh, unrelated to the episodes, but I found Lapis, Peridot, and Rose Quartz Pop! figures at Toys R Us, so I bought them. I also got the Hot Topic variant of Lion- he's flocked! So cute.

eeee POPs!! I've been hunting for the Pint Size Heroes blind bags recently - nowhere seems to sell them over here so it's been fun trying to hunt down the ones I want, haha. Just looking for Pearl now~ They're so cute and tiny, eeee.

Finally I saw the new episodes! Wow!

I am dying to see what happens next-  I hope it doesn't signify that the series is drawing to an end?  I'd love if this series went on and on for 7 or 8 seasons... but at some point they will lose the voice actors.

Just watched the Memorial Day special.  Wow!  Don't want to spoil anything, I'll just say cool character development with Lars!  And now I want to know more about Lion's past!  And Yellow Diamond...Did she?????  Now how long do we have to wait for new material?
