Anyone remember who made this adoptable?

Hi guys!

Does anyone remember who made this adoptable? I know all of the ones I adopted, but I forgot who made this one.
Now I changed all their names to the person who made them, so that I don't forget. This is the only one I can't figure out anymore.
I have been looking around on the adoptable's section and even have been searching but I just can't find these anymore.
I would like to put her in my siggy again but I really want to know the name of the person who made her so that I can give proper credit, I wouldn't feel good about it otherwise.

It's an old one, my guess is that I ordered it back in 2011/2012.
