Any problems with UPS Mail Innovations? (Non pony)

Has anyone had trouble getting a package from UPS Mail Innovations? I ordered two DVDs from a large online retailer (not Amazon) at the same time. I got a shipping notice for one DVD and a few hours later I got shipping notice for the other one.  One DVD is being shipped UPS Mail Innovations and the other is being shipped UPS.  Both DVDs were supposed to arrive today. 

The tracking has stopped on the one being sent UPS Mail Innovations two days ago at "Shipping Info received by post office" in my city. I know some parts of the US are dealing with lots of snow and ice but the tracking is showing that is only about 6 hours away from my city and as far as I know there are no weather issues between that city and mine. The mail has already arrived for today and my DVD wasn't there. Should I be worried yet?

Can you maybe try calling UPS and asking them directly? I did find this support page for them, maybe your answer is in there FAQ's.

I've found that it takes an extra day to arrive once UPS hands it over to USPS.

I love UPS and prefer having things shipped with them, so it drives me crazy when I buy something that says it will be shipped via UPS, and then tracking comes, and it's Innovations. I hate our PO here, and our carrier is so freaking lazy.

Thanks ponylady and Coonhound Betty. I have a great mail carrier so I know when it arrives he'll make sure it gets to me. 

Last night I found out that my package was sent south of where I live to a city over 9 hours away.  It will probably come next week but I wouldn't have paid extra if I'd know that both DVDs wouldn't arrive at the same.
