Gotta say I really hope the decals come off easy on these ones...I like the ponies, especially Helia, not so much the patterns.

I wonder if there will be an Aloe to go with Lotus? I always find it weird that we have Lotus blindbags but none of her twin sister. 

All those flowers though? Meh...seems like a bit much. In this case I believe less is more.

The..... embellishments will likely come off just like eyes and symbols. A swipe of acetone, a little rinse, voila! An NOT overly seventies pony. Seriously Hasbro. Free love is not coming back.

The stuff around Lotus's eyes would be the hardest, but on reflection I don't honestly mind her head. She's got a cool kind of belly-dancer look going for her, it's just too over the top is all.

I like the idea that this is for Toys R Us. It combines their two favorite themes -- lots of dark shapes all over the pony (last year) combined with princess rereleases and not-very-popular characters in a "Favorites Collection" (years previous).

Yeah, these have 'Pony Mania' written all over them ( ). I like the flower and filigree concept, but those black outlines kind of detract from the look. And I wish the original characters could have multiple colours in their hair like the 2011 singles. Otherwise... I hope these guys are PM and they'll come in and force TRU to put the old sets on clearance. I want the old set, but not $60 level of want.

I actually really like Helia's patterns; they are completely over the top but I think they're really groovy.
