The G3 glitter ponies are notorious for the plastic 'eating' the glitter and turning a more opaque colour. There isn't anything you can do unfortunately to make her look like she used to look. It's getting a lot harder to find nice glitter ponies. I know mine have started to go like this too.
I have one very close to her also. What is weird it that some still look new and some look like our ponies!
