i love baking and would often bake cookies if i got bored. however i have started a paleo/raw style diet and sugars and wheat are not a part of said diet. i dont miss it because i usually gave it all away anyway, but sometimes i think "hmm. it might be fun to bake cookies..."

Ooooo! *raises hoof* meeeeeee! I dont call myself Sprinklecupcake for nothin', I LOVE to bake breads and cupcakes entirely from scratch!!! I bake all kinds of goodies and they are always vegan! I love to use applesauce or potato starch instead of egg (egg allergy anyway...) and I much perfer the taste of soymilk than cows milk in baked goods, gives it a sweet flavor!!!

I will dig through my photos if not, I will just bake something when i get home and share the recipe!!!

Ah, yes! I'm actually apprenticing at a bakery right now and am looking at different baking/pastry schools (though, taking my time with that one, I need a break after completing two other post secondary educations I don't want to pursue).

I don't tend to take pictures of what I bake, but I did find this picture of the croissants I made a couple months back.

me me me! Whenever someone needs something baked, its usually my job haha. My sister is the chef and I'm the baker. :p I LOOOVE doing breads. nothing better then some warm bread.

Its not the prettiest cake, because I had literaly an hour and a half to put it all together. xD But I did have a lot of fun making it. Its made of Cams favorite snacks. devils food cake, rice crispy, and jello. :p
