Fabuland and Duplo
« on: November 19, 2014, 11:28:16 AM »
Hi,

I have found several sets of Fabuland and Duplo on my attic.  The old sets that is from the late years '70 and the years '80.  My question is whether anyone here knows where I could get an idea about what they are worth still.  I have been looking on the net but haven't found a good site as of yet and on ebay the prices range so much ...

If there are Europeon members here by the way who would be interested ...  I am selling them all off.  Just let me know if I need to make a list of all I have.

And thanks to the person who can help out with the pricing site!

Hugs
  Robin

List for Fabuland: note that all sets are without small building manual and box  I have noted behind each set what a compleet used set apprently goes for at the moment.  Note that the prices are the european ones that I put into $ based on how much 1 euro currently is in $.  Apparently a set costs a bit less in America and holds a low value in the UK!  I wonder why ...   I you want pics of my owned sets, let me know and I'll add some.

Not sure what Fabuland is...
Legos fetch a nice price if the sets are complete.
The only site I can think of is brickset.com. Maybe average the prices over a few months on completed auctions?

Ahaha, thanks Kaoskat for the bump upwards.     And is that your dog?  What a sweetie!

I am already using "brickset.com" mlp4me for the listings of what needs to be all in the sets.  Sadly they have no price idea for the sets ...  Thanks for the tip though and yeah, I guess I will have to just watch the sells a bit I guess and then see what goes away in the end for what sum ...

Thanks for the repsonses!

Hugs

Ah, that's why :)  When I was a kid, I went straight to lego but I have seen the bigger blocks around, yes.

Brick Link will give you the accurate pricing for all things Lego.

What Fabuland stuff do you have?  I am the only person I know who collects it...

It'll be interesting to see what they're worth, I tried a few years ago but found nothing. I grew up with both and have a huge homemade drawstring bag filled with Lego (mainly Fabuland).

Added a list for Fabuland with prices I managed to scratch together.  So if anyone else still has Fabuland for sale, perhaps this can help  ;)
