PC Backcards?
« on: November 01, 2014, 12:29:19 PM »
Count me in as another collector trying to add up the value of her collection for insurance purposes.

I have a pile of backcards. I counted 44 of them that are complete with nothing cut out (though most have bends of some kind). There are some from rare ponies so I am wondering what they might be worth?
The rarer ones are:
Oakly
Crumpet
Taffy
SS Twilight
Angel
Barnacle
Wig Wam
Newborn twins
Princess Moondust
Hmm.. I think maybe Bright Eyes too.

Most of the rest are less-sought-after ponies like Magic Message ponies and Peekaboo babies.

Then there are some with tears etc... like Cha Cha Llama was there but the bottom was torn.

Thanks for any help you can give me as to the value!  :)

I find putting value on backcards, especially for things like insurance purposes, quite hard. Unlike ponies they are often something only a a select group of people are looking for, not to mention that their very existence is damaged even when they have nothing cut out from them they are essentially just a bit of original packaging.

However if valuing them for sale most are anything from $1-5.

Oakly - $4
Crumpet - $4
Taffy - $3
SS Twilight - $4
Angel - $4
Barnacle - $5
Wig Wam - $5
Newborn twins - most of them $3
Princess Moondust - $4
Bright Eyes - $4

Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi
