Collectors Ponies CC store vs CC mail order

This maybe a stupid question but what are the differences between the CC store releases and the mail order versions? Cotton Candy you can def tell the difference in color ect. But, what about the others? Any help/ pictures would be great! Thank you!

I'm not sure!  I can tell you there's some slight mold differences, but I can never remember which one is which.  I have MIP Bluebelle and MOC (white) Bluebelle, but they are all packed away right now.

This is something I'd like to know too. Especially with Cotton Candy... I remember seeing a thread listing the differences between all of her releases but I can't find it.

Cotton Candy is fairly easy she has a darker pink then the normal one. I can upload a picture of my 3 to show you

All of them are different in colour - from very very minor differences in Snuzzle and Minty right up to quite major ones for Cotton Candy and Blossom.

There is a thread floating around with details about variations in size (to do with how wide apart their legs are, height of their back, placement of head, etc) but its not a general truth for them all unfortunately. The Collectors Pose ponies were available many times during the early mail order years which means there were a lot of them released and as a consequence there is a variation even within them. Thats what happens when you are producing in the sheer volume these would have been manufactured in. I have a store Minty and a MO Minty who have no difference at all in size, stance and virtually imperceptible in colour (MO Minty is just a bit more vibrant and a bit more green in colour).

I would love a photo.  I got myself so confused last night because from what I found there's four versions of her..? First FF release, first CF release, second CF release and the CF mail order? Is there any difference between the CF releases other than mail order..?

*nods* Cotton Candy and Blossom have at *least* 4 US releases; maybe more, if the MO ones were actually separate issues and not just old stock...

I swear one of my cotton candy's has deep blue eyes. Is that normal? I've only read about purple eyes on US versions as far as I can remember...
