Never did a sig before: Testing it for text & size

Trying a sig for the first time.
It's been ages, but maybe now it's time for a fun one. I am hoping for 1 line of text (its links) under it like the rules & that it is not too big. Posting late so if it is a mistake sig maybe nobody sees it till its fixed.

*Ok! Image appears. Is it too big? I set it to 500 x 200 in elements
*Is the line of text / links ok? Aren't they supposed to fit under the sig? How do you get them under there instead of beside it (It's appearing for me the links to the right edge of the sig)
