kinda want to post it here and watch everyone watch the progress.
but i think it tells you the destination, so it would be easy to figure out. oh well.

Mine is done, wrapped, and packaged! I ended up going a totally different route than I had expected with mine, but I love it. I'm actually shipping in a bubble mailer, as my ornament and my extra are not fragile for this swap. But I wrapped them up in cute paper. I totay forgot to stick the note in though! GAH! I just found it sitting on my table. *facepalm*

It seems like lots of us are finished. At this point, you may ship your ornament at any time. It's Decwmber already, so at not early anymore!

i really want my partner's package to be there now....
but the soonest it will get there is tomorrow.
all my swap boxes should arrive at the same time.

Shipped! It might take a bit. I can't wait though. I'm really happy with how it turned out.

Remember that extras should be small. This is an easy swap and this is the first time we've even HAD extras in the art swap.

That's ok! That's still right on time. I shipped 4 swap boxes today. It's the first time I have ever shipped holiday swap boxes early lol! I'm usually a procrastinator!

will there be one brag thread like a basic swap, or will there be individual artist threads like a custom swap?
i vote for the first, cuz not all my pictures turned out. that and its easier to see all the art and not miss anything.

I think a brag thread would be a great idea! Did we do one last year, or just post our brags in the original swap thread? I can't remember...

It's slow going for me too, my ornament is still missing the most important parts, i.e. ponies, haha! I quite like how the base/background came out though. Well, I still have six days until the international shipping date, I'm planning to get most of the work done tomorrow and over the weekend.

I think we usually just post the brags in this thread.  Does that work for everyone, or would you rather have a new thread?  Either is fine by me!

Well, mine is done but I have belatedly realised I have made something ridiculously fragile...so wrapping it securely will be a challenge.

Not only did rosierjay make me two sweet ornaments with little kissy magnets in their noses, but she's the one who made me that sweet ornament of Abbey after she passed away!  So a big DOUBLE thank-you!!!  She also sent my hot chocolate, tea, chocolate, and a cute pair of socks!  It's like all of my holiday swaps in one box!    And I actually still haven't read Howl's Moving Castle and was in need of a book to read, so I am going to start it tonight!!!
