CC pony identification needed by customlovers, on Flickr

Can someone help me to identify these tiny horses, please?
They are about 1,5cm tall (1/2” aprox.) and they used to have very long manes (but an innocent child cut them in order to make them easier to manage ;__;).  They were made in the 80’s or 90’s and have the mark “CC” on their bodies.
I guess they should be made by Tyco because the girls who came in the collection looked very similar to the “Fabulous Hair Friends”.
If you don’t know who are these cuties, but know some vintage toys’ expert… please, share and ask. I would be really grateful.
