I actually think $20 is a pretty fair price (they're normally $25) especially for the quality, and they're decently sized too.  I love my Pinkie Pie and Twilight!

I definitely prefer these over the BAB ones.  I just hate that brushable hair.

i agree. the quality is so close to hundred dollar custom ones i've ordered, plus they are actually in the us. my last one, i had to search forever to find and only found it on ebay by chance. so being able to order it from my local comic shop makes me super happy!!

I agree too. I'd WAY rather pay extra for quality and attention to detail.  I LOVE that the 4DE ponies are so perfectly proportioned and look (and feel) so good in person. Plus they aren't even bootlegs! Win.

Just FYI- a LOT of comic shops now sell stuff on ebay. I had emailed a few of them to see if they were getting the new 4DEs in, and whether they'd pop them on ebay (like they have with Pinkie and Twilight) and all the ones I checked with confirmed they had been ordered and would be put up once they came in.   I am just hoping there is enough for everyone!

Also I am wondering why Midtown comics didn't order the 4DE Big Macintosh?

That's good to know!  I got both Twilight and Pinkie from an comic book shop seller on eBay, so the shipping was free.  I'll keep my eye out for that this time around.

I was a little disappointed that Big Mac wasn't listed on there.  I need a plush of best big brother!

I love that Luna is a 16" pony!  I don't think her pictures on the comic shop do her justice- here's a better one!  I like that they are using a technique that I've seen a number of customizers use for Luna in order to give a more translucent quality to her mane- looks really good... GREAT colors too. She looks nearly as good as a pony that I commissioned from a plushie artist- well worth $50.

They did make her!  A little while back there was an order form to take to a comic book shop, and she was listed.

My local comic book shop said they'll order the ponies and reserve them for me whenever I let them know which ones I want.  I'm going to see if Celestia is one of the ones I can order.  If so, I'll go for her and Luna before I get the rest!

It looks like Celestia may be up for the next round of pre-orders.  I know there's still Big Mac, Future Twilight Sparkle, etc. that weren't listed, so I'm assuming we'll see them later.
